Scope
This Privacy Statement explains how MeshForge Academy collects, uses, and shares personal information when you browse gateway-core.one, register for events, or purchase training services for teams based in the Republic of Korea and abroad.
The controller responsible for processing is MeshForge Academy, reachable at the contact email listed on this page. Where MeshForge Academy processes data on behalf of your employer, your employer may also act as a controller for employee contact details.
This statement is written in accessible language but is not a substitute for legal advice tailored to your organization.
Data collected
We collect identifiers such as name, work email, phone number, company name, and role when you submit forms or register for programs. We also collect technical data such as IP address, device type, and approximate location derived from network information for security and analytics when permitted.
Payment-related data is processed by payment partners where applicable; MeshForge Academy receives confirmation of payment status rather than full card numbers when card payments are enabled for an engagement.
If you join virtual sessions, we may collect attendance timestamps, chat messages you submit, and poll responses used to improve facilitation quality.
Third parties
We use infrastructure and communications providers to host the website, deliver email, and run virtual classrooms. These processors are bound by agreements requiring appropriate technical and organizational measures.
Analytics tools may be enabled only where permitted by your cookie choices. MeshForge Academy does not sell personal information as defined under applicable Korean and international frameworks.
If MeshForge Academy undergoes a business transition such as a merger, personal information may transfer as part of that transaction subject to commitments consistent with this statement.
Contact
Questions about this Privacy Statement can be directed to hello@gateway-core.one with the subject line “Privacy inquiry”. We aim to acknowledge messages within five business days.
If you are represented by procurement or legal counsel, please copy them on correspondence to avoid delays.
For postal correspondence, use the registered business address published in the site footer.
Use of data
We use personal information to deliver programs, communicate schedules, invoice organizations, improve curricula, and protect the security of our services. Marketing communications are sent only with consent or another lawful basis recognized in Korea.
Aggregated statistics may be produced for internal reporting; such statistics do not identify individuals.
Automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects is not used for standard training registrations.
Your rights
Depending on your role and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information. Organizations purchasing on behalf of employees should route individual requests through their internal privacy office when required by policy.
You may withdraw consent for optional marketing emails at any time using unsubscribe links or by contacting hello@gateway-core.one.
If you believe MeshForge Academy has processed data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority where such a right exists.
Retention
Registration data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus a reasonable period to resolve disputes and meet tax or accounting obligations. Virtual session recordings, if offered, are retained only according to program-specific notices.
Technical logs used for security monitoring are retained on a rolling basis consistent with risk management practices, typically not longer than twelve months unless an incident investigation requires longer retention.
When data is no longer needed, MeshForge Academy deletes or anonymizes it unless a longer retention period is required by law.
