Acceptance of terms
By accessing MeshForge Academy training materials, event registrations, or advisory workshops operated under the gateway-core.one domain, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
These terms apply in addition to any written statement of work or order form executed between your organization and MeshForge Academy. Where a signed document conflicts with this page, the signed document controls for that engagement only.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the website and avoid registering for paid offerings.
Service description
MeshForge Academy provides cohort-based microservices architecture education, team assessments, and related advisory workshops. Deliverables may include live facilitation, digital handouts, architecture canvases, and follow-up summaries described in each program outline.
Unless explicitly stated, MeshForge Academy does not provide managed production operations, on-call coverage, or bespoke software development as part of standard course fees. Any optional professional services are scoped separately in writing.
Informational pricing displayed on this website is not a binding quotation. Final fees, taxes, and currency treatment are confirmed during contracting for Korean and international customers.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, MeshForge Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in training, including lost profits, lost goodwill, or business interruption.
MeshForge Academy’s aggregate liability for claims arising out of any single engagement shall not exceed the fees actually paid by your organization for that engagement during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is not permitted.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction’s laws.
Subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to individuals, the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these terms or MeshForge Academy services.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, either party may pursue formal remedies consistent with Korean civil procedure rules.
User obligations
You agree to provide accurate registration information, respect facilitators and other participants, and refrain from recording sessions when a program explicitly prohibits recording. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or materials belonging to MeshForge Academy or other participants.
Materials provided during programs are licensed for internal learning use within the purchasing organization unless a broader license is granted in writing. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing of workbooks, diagrams, or recordings without permission is not permitted.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials issued for virtual labs and for promptly notifying MeshForge Academy if you suspect misuse.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement where the other party materially breaches the agreement and fails to cure within thirty days of written notice, except where a shorter cure period is mandated by law.
MeshForge Academy may suspend access to digital materials if fees are materially overdue or if continued access poses a security risk, provided notice is given when reasonably practicable.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including liability limitations, intellectual property, and governing law—remain in effect after termination.
Intellectual property
MeshForge Academy retains all rights, title, and interest in curricula, facilitation guides, trademarks, and branding used in connection with services. Participant-generated diagrams and notes belong to the participant’s employer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Feedback you provide may be used to improve services without obligation of payment, provided that such use does not disclose your confidential information.
Where open-source materials are incorporated, respective licenses apply to those components; MeshForge Academy will identify major third-party materials when required by those licenses.
